"The room was well-designed, efficient use of space with all amenities. I especially liked the fact that everything could be controlled with the Ipad. The hotel is centrally located within walking distance to shops at Newbury street and with the T right next door. The lobby was well designed with ample areas for lounging, dining or just spending time with other guests. I loved the vibe. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Boston."

"It’s old school and so are we! We loved the old world charm. We loved the noon check out even though we couldn’t stay that late. We never felt rushed that way. The property is very well maintained! "Great location in the Back Bay, close to Newbury Street. Rooms are clean but a bit dated. Great value since the hotels in the area are otherwise very pricey. They are very clear with their rules, obviously from lessons learned from previous guests. So if you are good following rules, this can be a good choice."

"Avoid this hotel at all costs. Horrible customer service, they didnt respect my reservation. After traveling all night long, they didnt had a bit of emphaty as the cancelled my reservation and had to go find another hotel at 5 AM after flight delays. Couldnt even pay the parking with them as I leaved the premises. Avoid!"

"The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming. Rooms were spacious and clean, and housekeeping was very responsive. Breakfast can be provided in room or in the lobby, so please be aware that there is no common dining area. The quality and quantity of food was great-- well worth it! Would absolutely stay here again."
