"We booked a suite room with a Jacuzzi. When we arrived in the evening, there was no one at the front desk, and we had to wait about 30 minutes before receiving assistance. We were assigned a first-floor room near the employee area and close to the front desk. Throughout the night, I could hear people walking and talking outside as if there were no sound insulation at all. Unfortunately, I was unable to get any sleep. The Jacuzzi also did not work. "The room was very nice however, the breakfast didn’t offer milk (other than near coffee) or water. It only had orange juice."

"All was good except front desk staff who was just uninterested about their clients. Maybe replace them with a check-in robot."

"We very much enjoyed our stay. Hotel is very clean and the room was very comfortable and quiet. The location at Patriot Place give you a bunch of dining and shopping options. We had a drink and snack at the hotel restaurant and found it to be very good. All of the staff were great. We will stay here again."

"The tv did not work the entire day staff at front desk was rude the entire time. I normally only book with the residence inn but after this experience I’m not to sure . Foxborough was not a pleasant experience"
