"Expedia did not list an age minimum for check-in and after booking the nonrefundable room we called the hotel and they informed us that I could not check in because I was too young and would not allow us to switch the reservation to my friend who was traveling with me and was old enough to check in. They also would not check anyone in after midnight, and we would have arrived fifteen minutes after. It was very difficult to get ahold of either the Hyatt or Expedia to help us resolve our issue....

"The parking lot is in desperate need of repair, there were large pot holes that were quite wide and filled with water as you entered the parking area. I thought an extra light or two would have been nice in the parking lot/walkway area. My room was a king, there was no grab bar in the shower, which would have been helpful to have. I did love that the shampoo, conditioner & bodywash containers were stuck on the shower wall with pumps on them, no need to have travel size bottles! Everything else...

"Not as advertised. They were undergoing renovations and I was not informed. Chose this hotel for the convenience of onsite restaurant and breakfast and due to renovations, there was none. "
