"The overall decor, rooftop bar + rooftop bar staff and proximity to everything to explore Boston was a 5/5. But if I’m being honest, everything else was a 2/5 or 2.5/5. Had an instance when I was waiting in line to get more toilet paper for my room and the Citizen “ambassador” made me wait longer because she saw a guest struggling with check-out even though I was next in line. The food (or at least the pizza) tasted pre-frozen and they don’t provide takeout containers for the extras. The sheets...

"There isn’t an employee of this hotel that does not greet you when you are walking past them. That’s a total class act in my opinion. I also found the location to be ideal, just off of Newbury Street where all the action happens. We got upgraded to a suite, and that was a pleasant surprise… thanks to everyone for making us feel at home."

"What an amazing stay upon entrance we thought it was the coolest boutique hotel. We’ve seen in a very long time very laid-back but definitely charming. We will definitely be back. I didn’t understand the $47 a night resort fee till the end they do offer unlimited water bottles, convenient umbrellas just a little things that make your experience easier. The only downfall would probably be that the pool was not heated. Everything else was just fine."
