Patrick and Lamla (spelling?) were terrific and looked after us like family, even driving out to buy me some zamaleks when the hotel didnt stock it. Rooms are spotless and attention to detail terrif. Breakfast only available between 8:00-9:00 the other option from 9:00-10:00 was already sold out at our check in time at 16:00 the day before. We had no aircondition in the room. The drying rack in the kitchen had a grime build-up, and the shower floor was quite grubby.
