"This is certainly a hidden gem located in Inverness. Upon arrival it was noticeable how clean the property looked. We were welcomed by a lovely young girl who checked us in and explained everything about our stay. The hallway up to our room was beautifully decorated and very modern looking. Our room was lovely, very spacious and it was spotless. The added bonus was the basket of goodies left in the room for us, my husband was very grateful indeed. "Excellent place to stay. We cannot fault this property! Exceptional communication, with instructions sent via email two days before our arrival with photos of where to go and where the keys were going to be. We stayed in apt 27. The property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The entire place was sparkling clean. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to cook any meal during your stay. "We loved our stay with our 2 children and dog. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were loads of options for where to eat in walking distance. We parked less than 5 min walk away as there is no specific carpark. The flat we stayed in was super quiet and clean. We had tea/coffee left in the room. Our dog also enjoyed his stay we didnt require the dog bed available as he tends to shred them but it was a nice option to have."

"What did we like? Here goes..warm welcome, clear information on breakfast and room details. Although this looks like an old hotel it I assume it has had a lot of money spent on upgrades to retain "Ye Olde" feel to it. Room was not massive but very well decorated with lovely solid sleigh bed. En-suite was very up to date with nice shower and endless hot water. Tiled floor but underfloor heating so not getting back in to bed with ice cold feet after a 3am loo trip. Sockets at bed side tables...
