Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß, das Bett jedoch unbequem. Zu dem hat man den Straßenlärm extrem gehört. Es hat teilweise etwas muffig durch die Klimaanlage gerochen. Das Frühstück war super und das Personal sehr nett.

Boa localização,Ponto comercial otimo. Banheiro com empoçamento no box, porta do box fechava sozinha. Duas camas de solteiro para ter uma cama de casal ficava com um vão no meio. Garagem é paga aparte, mas o anúncios confunde pois só ha valor para vaga coberta.

O hotel tem boa localização e recepcionistas atenciosos, o que torna a chegada agradável. No entanto, a experiência geral ficou abaixo do esperado. O quarto é menor que nas fotos, conta com apenas dois travesseiros pequenos e uma coberta de solteiro, sendo necessário solicitar mais itens na recepção. Há poucas tomadas (somente três, incluindo a do banheiro) e uma delas fica na cabeceira da cama, literalmente na altura da cabeça, o que é desconfortável e pouco seguro. O ar-condicionado exalava um cheiro forte de chulé durante toda a estadia, mesmo após uma tentativa de manutenção. O serviço de limpeza é básico, limita-se a arrumar a cama e trocar toalhas, sem reposição de shampoo ou sabonete. Por isso, optamos por não solicitar limpeza e pedir toalhas novas na recepção quando necessário. Ao estender a estadia, o atendimento foi indiferente e o valor oferecido na recepção era mais alto que o disponível no site, o que só foi ajustado após questionamento. O café da manhã não está incluso na diária, o que decepciona, já que o hotel é simples. Decidimos pagar em dois dias e encontramos um café básico, com pães, frios, ovos e bebidas, além de regras muito rígidas de acesso, nem água é permitida após o horário, mesmo pagando. No geral, é um hotel que entrega o básico, com vários pontos a melhorar. O valor cobrado não condiz com o que oferece, e só vale pela localização.

Otima hospedagem

Atendimento na recepção muito bom, fizemos checkin antecipado atraves do link que nos enviaram, limpeza dos quartos muito satisfatorios, café da manhã bem gostoso. Ponto negativo é a qualidade da internet, precisei usar para subir um arquivo e pela rede do hotel nao foi possivel, se melhorarem a internet vale 5 estrelas.

Não é hotel ruim, mas tmb não é bom, tem potencial, é mega bem localizado, na frente do shopping J.L, que tem td, o café pago a parte é ruim, pouca opção pelo preço achei rareado, 09:00 acaba as opções e é isso. O hotel é mega barulhento, por ser na rua tem muito vidro e vc escuta tudo. Os quartos são simples, secadores com defeitos.
