Rooms are worn out, multiple things not working in the bedrooms, when asked to help out- there was this one gentleman who was kind and probably the only handyman for the hotel , who unfortunately couldn’t do a lot to get the Jacuzzi working or even the broken safe. "Wonderful and friendly staff. They even let me store my lugaggage for a few days since we are coming back. Good location near the Metro trains. Grocery store, coffee bars, just short walking distance. The only thing is the hotel doesnt have a lot of amenities aside from a coffee shop and a breakfast buffet area for sale."

"The shower was not working properly. Couldn’t close the door therefore everything got super wet. Only one charger plug in the room and only worked when the lights were on. Bidet was a nice touch of the property."

"The staff were absolutely fantastic. Super helpful. Excellent, quiet location with great links to transport. Railway station for the airport is 5 mins walk and metro 2 mins walk across the square. Excellent and well equipped room. Cool in a heatwave!"

"The room was clean but quite tight for 2 people. The bathroom lacked amenities and there should be a handle on the shower wall not the bi-fold shower door. Shower could have used more light as well. If you brought a large suitcase, it would have been extremely difficult to have found space for it. "We had a misunderstanding with one of our rooms and Samuele at the front desk went out of his way to make sure he accommodated us in every way he could. Great staff and clean property. Love that it was converted from a church as well."
