"Mainly excellent service at this hotel. The room was very clean, and the bed extremely comfortable. The reception staff were very welcoming, and the shuttle service to the metro and the airport was brilliant - on demand, no booking or timetables. The wait staff in the restaurant could have been more attentive - we were left waiting to give our order for 20 minutes. But this was the only grumble in what was otherwise a great experience."

"We had a fabulous experience at this beautiful and fun hotel. We used it as our "base camp" while traveling in northern Italy and we came back to it three times in 2 weeks.
