"Our host was wonderful, helpful and friendly. She helped us book a private boat excursion and obtain the pass for the park which included most access fees and bus. The property has exceptional views of the sunset, a beautiful balcony and cave living room to use anytime. The balcony was our favourite, we were able to have our dinner out there, but used our room one night when the balcony was being used by another guest. We had just as good views. "The most helpful and kid host and staff. Giovanna went above and beyond communicating and making great suggestions for my stay. The location is excellent, very near the station if you plan to use this as your base station to visit Cinque Terre and surroundings. Restaurants, souvenir stores, pharmacy and supermarkets are very near, within 5-6 minutes from the apartment. Even though the place itself is a bit outdated, the bed and pillows were so comfortable. Thank you!"

" Fantastic room with fabulous views! Although there’s no onsite reception, The First team were very responsive and even helped us with a discount for Via Dell’Amore. They also provided lots of helpful information about the area and gave us special treatment at their restaurant, La Regina. The minibar and water are chargeable, but all the details are clearly displayed. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!"
