"Hotel was a little outdated but I’m honestly super surprised at how clean the room was and how comfortable the bed and pillows were. This was my first stay at a comfort inn and I was hesitant to stay here at first but overall it was a pleasant stay. The only thing I’d complain about is the attitude of the staff. I dealt with about 4 different employees and they were all so rude which was really odd as everywhere else in Nashville, everyone is super nice. Their staff definitely needs some customer service training."

"This hotel was ideal for what I needed. I had a cancelled flight and needed to change hotels to somewhere near Germantown and I'm happy I found this It was ~15 minute walk over a bridge from the hotel to get into the area. The gym had dumbbells that went up to 50lbs, one bench, 2 stairmasters, and 2 treadmills. The room was spacious for a single. Breakfast was solid with mainly eggs, sausage, yogurt, and apples as the main options. Pancakes and select cereal were also available Highly recommend for a solo traveler or someone in need of a place to stay last-minute without breaking the bank"

"Our rooms didn’t have face towels or floor towel for the shower only very thin/ worn full body towels. I found a dirty sock rolled on the corner of the floor by the balcony. Restaurants close at 8-9pm despite Google says 10-11pm so we were only able to eat pizza instead of the steak house. For the price of rooms parking no included"
