"It is showing signs of age, and there are some maintenance issues. The sink in our room was cracked, the furniture is showing wear. It seems to me that it is ready for a remodel. I have stayed there several years and I’ve been very happy with the staff and the hotel. But again has maintenance issues.and ware."

"The room was clean and well maintained during the stay. Unfortunately, I wasn't made aware that renovations were ongoing. I first chose this site because it offered a pool, a restaurant, a coffee shop and a sports bar. Also, parking was supposed to be included with the Expedia package. I was charged 30$ a night for parking, the restaurant and the coffee shop were closed during the entire stay. I tried the sports bar and the table and chair felt sticky from what I presume is dried residue from...

"It was an ok stay for one night. I like that there is no carpet in the room; it makes it look cleaner. Bathroom was clean. Nothing really wrong with the room but it is not a fancy stay by any means."

"Hotel was nice. Only issues were we went to our room but room key did not work. Had to go back to lobby and found that we were given the wrong room key. Bathroom door was difficult to close fully, kept getting stuck while rubbing on the floor."

"The room was very clean, staff were extremely nice and the breakfast area was clean. The breakfast they served was good."

"We stayed here for one night before an evening flight the next day, and unfortunately the service side of our stay was disappointing. The first issue was the airport shuttle. After returning our rental car, we waited quite a while for pickup. When the shuttle finally arrived, it drove right past us. We later learned it was already full, but the driver didn't stop or even acknowledge us...just kept going. A simple explanation or wave would have gone a long way. Check-in didn't improve things....

"They ran out of coffee at breakfast and we ended up going back to our room after waiting 20 minutes. And someone dropped one of the serving utensils and I took it back to the lady in the kitchen. And I stood there waiting on her to realize I was standing there, her ear pod was in so she couldn't hear me. But house keeper was wonderful and front desk was so friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay there again!"

"I was happy with my room, facilities & service. Our room was stylish, had a balcony & was very secure. However, I have never paid over $100 for a room, & not served a hot breakfast (eggs, sausage, potato, etc.). That was a huge disappointment to our family."

"We live 2 hours away from the airport. We had an early flight-6am. We chose to stay here because of the convenience, boy, was it ever! Free shuttles from 4am on. We actually walked over to the airport the night before to get the lay of the land and to check in. Parking was super easy too. I will absolutely stay here again when I have an early flight"

"Definitely a place to stay. Clean, quiet, efficient staff. The room we stayed in was beautiful. I’m a very light sleeper and although the hotel was almost full it was quiet. I love staying here when I’m in town"

"The stay was actually quite nice. The area is not the nicest but this hotel was probably the diamond in the rough. The rooms are clean. Linens were fresh. It was actually very nice. The only two complaints that I have were 1: no matter what you set the thermostat at it stayed at 71 and 2: there was a panhandler at 11 o’clock at night one night with a different sob story for everybody he walked up to. Again, other than that great stay. If I’m ever in the area, I will likely definitely stay here...
