"When we first checked into the room at about 330 there were two bags of trash in the hallway, which were still there the next morning. That should never happen. Paragraph also when I parked my car first thing in the morning around at 8:30 AM there was a man sleeping in the bushes in front of the car where I parked. He was tucked in there very nicely so nobody could see it. I don’t think it’s a good idea that he sleeps there. Thank you for your concern."

"We took our grandkids to the pool area. It was the dirtiest pools we have been in. Being an indoor pool one would think it was heated, well no it wasn’t. The patio area with a fireplace had no cushions out for people to enjoy the area.
