I've stayed numerous times along my travels on I-5...and each time has been comfortable and quiet. I gave a 5 star, because even though it's an older building you can tell they make things inviting and clean. Each room I've been in feels like your aunt or cousin's guest room with extra amenities. Welcoming and comfortable.

I loved how it has that small town motel feel. Check in was very easy and while done electronically it still felt safe and welcoming. The tv had plenty of channels to chose from and Wifi worked great. The sounds of the owls at night was mysterious and relaxing. Coming from LA, my family and I needed a break from the holiday madness in Los Angeles. I would definitely stay there again.

The property is pet friendly . Just up the hill there’s a great trail. You can take your dog for a walk on.. The bed was very comfortable. And the room was great . Grocery store just down the road, coffee, shops, and restaurants.

Great to be a little away from the I-5. Comfortable and very walkable to various dining options. Good grocery store nearby The room was well cared for and well appointed. Towels are thick and there are thoughtful amenities.

I'm not quite sure why this hotel gets a 9.2 out of 10 ranking on Hotels.com. It is an absolutely fine basic hotel with an inexpensive price. But certainly not anything stellar. It was good to have a fridge in the room, and the room was spacious. But the whole hotel is so dated. And my towel was so rough that it worked as a whole body exfoliater, and even had a two inch round ragged hole in it--no way housekeeping didn't see that.

This sweet little place was exactly what we were looking for to break up the drive between Northern and Southern California in a beautiful environment. We got here at dark so we didn’t see the surroundings until morning. It was lovely to see the mountains with a dusting of snow on them. We were cozy, warm, and comfortable.
