"The room showed its age. Bathroom was disgusting. The comforter had dried food or blood on the end of it. They did change it out when I complained at the front desk. I know they were remodelling units so I give them that. Complimentary Breakfast food was not that good. Eggs were very wet and the food on all 3 mornings was cold. Eggs and potatoes is what I had. The pancakes were burnt on the third morning."
"On line booking and check-in was great. Very helpful staff.
Checkout... not so much.
Clean room. Coffee maker was sketchy, It would be really nice to have a night light in the wash room to avoid turning on the really loud fan and light combo."
"The room was dark and dismal. The small window faced a junky back alley. The light switches and areas around the door knobs were filthy. The towels were stained. The toilet, sink and bed seemed relatively clean. After I scrubbed the light switches and door knobs with my own sanitizing wipes it felt a little better, but we just slept and got out of there. We did not use the shower nor did we check out the free breakfast."
"When I arrived at the hotel by cab I expected that a bellhop would appear to carry my luggage in. I did not see the button and sign that said to press to request help during overnight hours (it was 7 pm) I think you need to make the sign more prominent and have it state that one will need to press the button for help at any hour. I do recognize now that you are more of a motor hotel and most people arrive in their own vehicles but I think you need to realize that everyone does not arrive that way.
The lobby and restaurant were extremely noisy on Saturday evening. I found it unbearable. I should have requested room service. I ate quickly and retreated to my room.
Otherwise my accommodation was very nice. I wish I had known to ask earlier about a safety mat and chair for the shower. I was glad to be supplied with them for thelast two days."
"This is a stellar property; with great staff and clean modern rooms . The tv was large. Breakfast was excellent, with Toni looking after us. She was a credit to the company. This branch had some great gluten free breakfast options available; with Toni happy to help. "
