"We are so grateful for the staff! My husband's work truck broke down on I-80 near Mercer. There were no available drivers with Uber or Lyft so we were stranded at the dealership. My husband contacted the hotel and they were able to send an employee who volunteered to pick us up in the shuttle van. As we waited for our daughter to arrive the next day, the front desk staff was very understanding with our situation. They accommodated us by extending late check out and provided temporary access cards for the building for restroom or coffee while we waited in the patio area. The hotel is also pet friendly."
