"Good stay as usual"

"Clean room. Seat on stool was broken. Kept sliding around making lid hit your back.😅 Staff were lovely. Breakfast, so, so. Needed some protein, cheese or eggs, etc. Air conditioning worked fine."

"Had an emergency and tried to get my reservation changed to another day. Was told someone would contact me. 1 week later and NO ONE has called. Very disappointed."

"breakfast was wonderful - hot and tasty and the variety was good too. The room was clean but it reeked of urine smell maybe even from a cat. I got some lysol spray and even some of my perfume just to tolerate the smell enough to go to sleep. It was late when we got into the room and too tired to pack things back up again to even ask to move rooms. "

"Arrived to discover safety and other issues in our room. Checked on changing rooms but were told all similar rooms had the same safety issue. Also, upholstered chair arms were filthy and torn in one place. It looked like property might be located in a questionable part of town, and the last straw was that the breakfast drink dispenser had an "out of order" sign on it. With all of that, we decided to find another place to stay. There was also a $100 "damage deposit" required on check-in because the reservation was made on Expedia, which wasn't returned until eight days later. I'm left with the impression that this is a poorly run inn. This was definitely the nastiest room we encountered on our entire trip. No refund was given for our non-stay."

"Perfect experience all around"

"The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid."

"There was something sticky on the phone which got all over my ear. It was very disturbing. I went to the front desk to report it and was treated very rudely. Basically, the person said they could refund my room and go elsewhere. Since I had just driven nine hours to get there, I wasn’t about to do that. I went to take a shower to clean myself from the phone situation, all I had was scolding HOT water. I will never stay here again!!"
