"This property was newly renovated but partly still under renovation. I had booked the Casco Bay Inn and when I arrived, it had turned into Spark. They did not have my reservation but kindly honored it at the rate I had already paid via Expedia. The staff was more than helpful."

"Paid almost $300 for my stay and did not enjoy it at all. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and sunken in the middle! Hair was on some of the clean towels and also in the shower. It was quite frankly a waste of money! The pictures definitely make this place look 10 times better than what it is. Parking is also a bit of a hassle it’s so far from the entrance."

"I have stayed in so many hotels and this was the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. We debated just leaving but had nowhere else to go. The rooms were very worn and dated and very dirty. The front desk staff spoke limited english and that was a challenge. The on site restaurant was decent honestly but it was the only good thing. There is much to be fixed with this hotel"
