"This place is magical! So incredibly charming. The staff is lovely, they feel like a wonderful friend, ensuring you are well taken care of and having a great time! The amenities and service is great: breakfast delivered to the cottage each morning along with an afternoon snack, bikes to bike into downtown Kennebunkport, paddle boards and kayaks to go out on the water, a fire pit to relax at night, patio chairs for each cabin to enjoy your coffee in the morning. "The property is obviously a remodel and still being worked in. Directly on a road that can be busy and noisy at times. Plenty of room, and bathroom is very nice but water pressure is low, and took a long time to get hot water in the bathroom. Some switches are in odd locations and none are labeled. Ceiling fan in master bedroom is wired incorrectly (both the light and the fan are wired to the dimmer switch). The front door electronic lock needs better instructions on how to unlock and lock....

"The cottage was super ‘comphy’ and perfect for the two of us and had everything that we needed! The owner was fantastic and told us about all the things that we should do while there! Our pup was very welcomed and I knew he was safe if we needed to leave him for dinner. It wasn’t far from Camden/ Rockland/Rockport, which is where we spent a lot of time when not at the cottage. We will definitely suggest it to others and be staying with them again!!"

"Very pretty house with a perfect mix of open living space and well designed sleeping area. The rooms had nice beds and pillows. Living area had pretty open space incorporating the living room and dining room. It also had a view from kitchen. Overall a great place to stay!"

"The owner would NOT communicate with us, even when we sent our cell/text number to the email we were instructed to use. Our GPS could not find the property with the address given. Even a Stonington police officer could not find it on her squad car computer. We were past 7PM and EVERY place had NO VACANCY. A woman at the Comfort Inn called a friend in Bar Harbor and we were accommodated (with much room switching). And NOW the owner and the booking agency will not respond to our messages!!! ...
