"This rental was literally steps from the beach. I love that it had an outside shower so you could rinse your feet off before you go in. It had every accommodation you could imagine. The multiple balconies allowed each family some private time to relax and watch the sunset or sunrise or just the happenings in the community. "

"The house is very clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Just an FYI- the coffee maker is old school- brew a pot, not a Keurig. Important to know if you are a coffee drinker so you know what type of coffee to bring. The driveway is nice and cemented- which is nice compared to the other places we have stayed at in Surfside which are mostly gravel. Location is great, you can see and hear the ocean. "My husband and i love this little house. Its the perfect place for the two of us and our little boston terrier. The location is great, the yard is perfect sized, and its cozy. This was our second time staying here and we brought a friend this time. It was plenty of room for the 3 of us and our doggo. We love it!"

"Very nice beach house with plenty of sleep arrangements. Clean and large parking. The property had some electrical issues that needed to be fixed; therefore, we couldn't check in on time. The customer contact kept us updated closely with the repair, and we was able to check in a few hours later. I appreciate they let us have a late checkout."

"The house and location was great. It did have a yard area I didn’t see a garden. I don’t remember a washer and dryer but there is a washteria/ laundry mat as you are enter Surfside which I have used before. We hope this house is still there after Beryl hurricane. We loved it and will be back. "
