Parking was easy and secure. AC was ok. Had planned to cook every day but the first day we used the oven and it heated the room for hours. Thankfully we brought a fan with. It was convenient to the beach which was very nice we walked to the beach during the day and also at night. Good place to stay on a low budget.

The motel is old. I've been staying there for 24 years. The rooms are clean, air conditioner works great, the staff is exceptional. I just spent a week there. I was also there 3 weeks ago. I love it!

It was very close to the beach that was great. The ac was not getting cold and that's really my only complaint. Staff was very nice. And I will be back there if God say the same.

This is an old, not well maintained building. The air-conditioners are window units. This is a last resort, must have a room motel. Avoid if safety and air quality are important to you.

I would not recommend this place; it was dirty, moldy and we had to leave the first night (we booked it for 3 nights) and the lady in the front stated we could not get our money back and that we had to go through Expedia.

I stay here almost every time I’m in Surfside. This isn’t a place for someone wanting fancy accommodations but if you’re wanting a place on/near the beach at an affordable price this place is great. Definitely could use some updating and overall maintenance but the rooms are clean and never seen bugs present in the room. One minute walk to the beach and the vehicle entrance is a block away.

Probably one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. The only thing abd I mean the ONLY thing going for it was that it was 50 yards from the beach. It was terrible

I booked a room for two days. When we got there the front office lady had an attitude with me for no reason. Told me that the previous Tennants messed up the room but her cleaning person did a "bang up job" walked into the room bed sheets were clean and that was it. Ashes on almost every surface. The refrigerator was so dirty the water stunk so bad. Then to top it off charged me extra cause I forgot to leave the key but brought it back an hour later. Absolutely never again they should demolish this place. The lady running it is definitely a drug addict.
