"I booked a room for two days. When we got there the front office lady had an attitude with me for no reason. Told me that the previous Tennants messed up the room but her cleaning person did a "bang up job" walked into the room bed sheets were clean and that was it. Ashes on almost every surface. The refrigerator was so dirty the water stunk so bad. Then to top it off charged me extra cause I forgot to leave the key but brought it back an hour later. Absolutely never again they should demolish...

"I’d never stay here again. I got my first room and I had occupants already in the room( roaches). Second room little water pressure and a lizard came from the closet. The overnight seat told me they didn’t have extra towels but if I bought my dirty ones to the front seal she would exchange them. "My only complaint is that we stayed a total of 5 nights, 4 people. We had 3 towels, no bedding for couch. Asked for bedding. Then never even got a touch up clean while there. No towels offered arc. I ended up piling all our trash outside the door multiple times, towels etc. I went down to janitor room and asked for more. Said she’d be down later.
