"Staff was great . The ac in the room was off so it was way too hot when I first arrived. Took about 5 hours to cool it off enough you was sweating . The doors and floors were damaged just needs fixed . The pool isn’t working so they should post that . The side of the toilet was molded. And the overflow drain in the tub was hanging half off . I’m glade my stay was just 12 hrs bc I didn’t wanna be there no longer ."

"The beach view was excellent. The building itself seems to be falling apart with visible cracks every where. A coin toss if the elevators are working when you need them. The cleaning staff was polite and helpful. The front desk people were rude and lazy at check in. As I was accused of canceling my reservation and not having one when I tried to check in. I was then asked to make a new one and pay for it again when I showed my confirmation number through Expedia they were then blamed for the...

"There were crack heads walking around in their underwear, doors open with people laid out in bed (specifically women also in their underwear). The property itself is horribly maintained and very unclean. Do not stay here unless you want to be robbed and go home with bed bugs."

"Absolutely stunning accommodations! Beautiful beach, building is well maintained. We stayed on the 17th floor and the peacefulness, view, the stunning bedrooms and bathrooms to die for!"

"Very disappointed by the housekeeping service here. Nobody came by to clean our room, empty the trash, or give us fresh towels. We had to call various times to get clean towels. Out of the 5 nights and 6 days we stayed they only came to clean our room once during our entire stay. When we complained at the front desk, they casually mentioned they did not have the staff available for it. Housekeeping not great at all!! Other than that it was a good stay."

"Our check in process was easy and staff were super friendly! The room smelled and looked clean however the bottom of the shower was bubbled up like water was trapped underneath, holes in the walls, balcony door did not open and shut properly, and the furniture/linen was super outdated. Overall, it was a place to lay our heads but definitely not in great condition."

"They overbooked me for the higher rate room. I was moved to the top floor and gave a diner coupon for 50 bucks. The parking is the worst parking I’ve ever experienced. Sad to say I won’t be returning to this property."
