"The hotel was very clean the staff was courteous, My wife and I enjoyed the stay."

"I had a great experience with the staff they understood my issue and concern . The room was another thing. the bed sheets were stain, dirty tissue between the sheet, the floor look dirty and we had bugs coming from the ceiling. No Egyptian sheets in this place. We drove back home the same night, no time to rest after our party. I will say my refund was quickly done."

When that happened we decided to go with the Hyatt Place Garden City and found the venue to be excellent and staff to be incredible. We were there for our daughter’s college graduation and had made arrangements to have a meal catered at the original location.
