The room was another thing. the bed sheets were stain, dirty tissue between the sheet, the floor look dirty and we had bugs coming from the ceiling. No Egyptian sheets in this place. We drove back home the same night, no time to rest after our party. I will say my refund was quickly done."

"The only complaint I have is that it was hard to find ice. We tried several ice machines on different floors and none of them worked. We finally went to the front desk and the clerk had to go to the kitchen to get ice because they were unaware of an ice machine that worked."

"Well located. Comfortable bed. However could not get a comfortable shower temperature,, it went from too hot to too cold and then inbetween. Miserable experience"

"It’s a big full service hotel and I thought good value. Large corner room with 2 windows and views. Large bathroom decorated brilliant white. Leather sofa in room. Coffee and pastries available early downstairs Saturday morning as alternative to room service or restaurant. Staff all helpful."

When that happened we decided to go with the Hyatt Place Garden City and found the venue to be excellent and staff to be incredible.
