"Ignored upon arrival and was not greeted after several minutes waiting to check in. Breakfast was subpar. No free parking. Compact parking only. No black curtain to block out sun completely. Single ply toilet paper. Door would not open. Had to try multiple times with heavy force. Phone rang twice on two different occasions. This hotel is rated way too high. Way overpriced. It's a 5 out of 10 at best. Will never come back. "

"Seems to be exact same number of parking spots as rooms. Lot can fill quickly. Stayed four days. Housekeeping checked in with me in the morning then never came back each day. Trash wasn't emptied and towels weren't replenished. I usually have an excellent stay here. Hopefully this was an anomaly."

"I wasn’t sure if the hotel was for homeless people. There are some damages in the hotel. There was no breakfast. I was disappointed when I arrived there because it looked better on their website."

"The TV was twisted sideways on the wall. Dirty marks on both the walls and sofa. The AC/Heat unit was exposed and detached from the wall."

"The room was pretty outdated and not the cleanest. There was rust in the shower and I found dead bugs on the counter. The hallways weren't that clean either. It's also disappointing to hear their pool was closed despite online advertising. "

"The hotel itself it was very nice and clean. Good prices, good customer service. We really enjoyed our room in one room 2 queen beds and the bathroom the other room had a bed couch a good size TV a desk and a nice kitchen. I would recommend it! "

"I booked the hotel for my wife & son. They never got to stay due to their first flight being delayed/ cancelled by AA. That put them missing their connecting flight so after taking a way later flight They had to fly out the next morning. I tried to cancel but was told I had to work with hotels.com. There was only one person on the phone at the hotel that tried helping. So I tried with hotels.com to cancel and was told I should get refunded the $175 and had to pay $99 for that then was told I was NOT getting the refund at all! SO they Never got to stay at all and the delayed/cancelled flight was totally out of our control!"
