"There were 2 terrible and nasty and rude young women with long blonde hair on arrival Wednesday the 29 of April and AGAIN when we left on Friday, May 1, 2026 at 11:38. Why don’t they have to wear name tags???
We were in room 342 (the SAME ROOM we stayed in May of 2025!) and could NOT GET HOT WATER!! When we complained at the desk, they sent someone up (AGAIN WITH NO NAME TAG or identification indicating he WORKED THERE!!)
and told us in order to get hot water for a shower you have to run the water in the sink AND run the BATH water simultaneously for sometimes over 5 minutes!!! This was the SAME problem we encountered LAST YEAR!!!! No one has seen to this problem in a FULL YEAR???!!!
The shower definitely needs an upgrade.. the tile on the walls is discolored and disgusting.
I have had issues with 2 Hilton properties in New York in 2024 for almost the same reasons; sloppy, rude staff and FILTHY bathrooms.
I will probably NEVER stay at a Hilton again as they have become comparable to a Motel 6, in
my opinion.
