There was a homeless person sleeping in the breakfast place on the floor and charging his cell phone, and another one outside looking inside the cars that were parked.☹️

Oakland Airport Executive Hotel
Only 1 working elevator during my stay, no tissues, hand soap or water cups available in the room. Parking was gated, but access to the gated area required a call to the front desk, which was not explained upon check in.
