"Sheet were wrinkled. Employee came @ said that’s what they look like after being in dryer. He removed sheet and there was a sheet beneath it that had hair and what appeared to be blood on it. He changed the sheet and I had to insist he change the top sheet. Definitely would not recommend."

"The only issue was taken care immediately by staff. They were unaware of a mess but took care quickly."

"Room was clean, big and comfortable. The front desk lady (chona) was amazing and made us feel welcomed! She answered all our questions and very sweet. Sauna was amazing after a work out. Great location, close to many food options and gas stations. Would definitely stay again."

"Hotel lobby was clean. Unfortunately the room smelt like motor oil, carpet had stains, bathroom not clean, found hair in the shower, hallways and elevator smelled like rotten trash."

"Exceptionally clean and well-maintained property with lots of nearby restaurants, an AMC Theater and Bass Pro Shop! The staff were friendly and super-helpful. The pool and hot tub were also very clean so we enjoyed using them. The complimentary breakfast was nice and food was tasty! I would highly recommend this place for any type of getaway or family gatherings!"

"It was fine for one night. Checking in was a bit of a pain because they needed to see both adults ID and my husband was in the car with my kids, so a little inconvenient. The room was also okay. Kinda stuffy. We had to run the air unit the entire night. Breakfast is nothing fantastic. Just prepackaged items. Had issues with the TV, so that was annoying. The only plus was how big the room was and the beds were comfortable."

"Unfortunately I was never told there was a fee for dogs and was charged $75.00 for a dog. Next time I will choose a hotel without a pet fee."
