SARAH was amazing, no attitude, no blame, no "why didn't you". It was such a relief on how she treated us, it was emotional! She was awesome. We troubleshot the issue to get to the bottom of it. Just truly a great Manager. She's an amazing representation for the Radisson! Way to go Radisson! Don't let her go. "
