"We had trouble finding property as temporary sign too small and barely visible, no hoy water as boiler was broke, walls so thin the couple fighting in next room for hours felt like they were in our room. Offered refund but told to talk to Expedia since we booked through you."

"I’ve been trying to get a refund because the room we had had no AC. They couldn’t move us rooms so I had to book a new hotel, they said I would get a refund in the morning then they said they couldn’t do anything. It’s impossible to get ahold of support. "

"Very basic motel, nothing special about it. They were midst of putting in new mattresses in some rooms. Not convenient for shopping or restaurants. "

"It didn't look like the pictures you have of it, its run down and they even charge 4.00 dollars a day for housekeeping it didn't say that in the add,no coffee in the morning or nothing there was no store around it and they sold soda frozen hot pockets ect. And it was expensive. "
