"The room did not have any hangers in the bathroom. The room didn't have a closet and the bars for hanging clothes was very inconvenient. There was a lot noise from the room above our room. The pictures of the type of room we selected clearly showed a refrigerator AND a microwave. Went we arrived there was no microwave we went use one in the office so dirty we were reluctant to use it. "

"Friendly staff, clean room. Coffee, tea, and pastries offered daily for breakfast. Room amenities are a little slim (TV and WiFi only), but the bed was comfy and the water hot. Plenty of outlets for charging the devices. Relatively quiet despite being on Ventura Blvd."

"Very clean room and breakfast room. The beds and linen were good quality. The staff was so welcoming! We wish the weather would have been better so that we could enjoy the patio. It looks awesome. Restaurants and the local attractions are an easy drive from this hotel. "
