The worst hotel ever

It was awful. We were asked to initial a no refunds clause when we checked in and when we got to the room we knew why. The room was terrible. The wall paper was literally falling off the walls and the carpet was so stained, I was afraid to take off my shoes. On the first night, a bus load of young people came in and they partied all night. When we got up the next morning, the parking lot was full of litter. The hotel staff did nothing about the noise. On the second night, the music from the attached bar was so loud, we might have thought the bad was in our room. I cannot imagine how loud it must have been in the bar. During our stay, we had little to no sleep, the hotel staff was unhelpful and not the least bit friendly and it wasn't really an inexpensive hotel. I've traveled the world staying in hotels in small villages in Germany and Spain. I have never had an experience with a hotel as bad as this one.

The hotel staff were not helpful with the issues I had with the room. No remote for television. Faucet in the bathroom did not work. Lamps missing lamp shades. Towels and bedspread filthy.

Where do I start.. by far the WORST hotel stay..

First off I paid $113.00. For a room that was infested with roaches..they said that the rooms have been treated for roaches & bedbugs . the ac did not work. When I told the office they said they were gonna send some one to check the room, to make a complaint, nobody came. I asked for a refund they said that is was non refundable. I'm so surprised that this hotel is still open for business. I really wish that this hotel will be investigated. I stayed in room 121 then got switched to 125. Ple

would not recommend for family stay with children

they make you sign a "no refund disclosure" upon checking in which is shady. so got to our room and noticed some critters in the restroom sink. The owner denied they had that kind of a problem trying to get me to stay but I wasn't having it. They still charged me for one night even though I was only there for about 30 min. after discovering the room was not up to par. Real bad experience.

Worst place I've ever tried to stay at

First of all I open the coffee maker and somebody had made cup of soup or something in it and nobody bothered to clean it so I tried then there was no channel changer in the room for the TV to be able to turn it on call the front desk two hours later call the front desk again then finally somebody came with a channel changer had a meeting to go to I came back to the room and I just decided I could not stay there it was that bad so I checked out got my $30 deposit back but of course not my room rate back but I really did not care I just really wanted to leave

Convenient but with poor wi-fi and TV.

Our room was fine, clean, comfortable but we had no internet, the TV had no reception and the bathroom light didn't work. I reported this to the desk clerk who promised that the manager would call me to discuss a refund but he never called.

One of the worst.

I needed a mini-frig for medication, they said use ice. I had called prior to make sure of it. They said sorry for the pool when, even though again I asked prior. Was to stay 3 night, but could not. Fighting now for refund.

there were cockroaches the power outlets were disinegrated it was filthy discusting dirty no refunds even thi i left an hour after check in due to being appauled. poor managment expensive dont recomend it for even the cockroaches who have to live there. HORRIBLE

ROACHES EVERYWHERE. WON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY

First off immediately upon entering our room we saw roaches crawling on the walls and floors. We told the front desk we wanted a refund but they refused and instead sent us to another room. This room was also very dirty with bugs crawling in and out of holes in the wall. The door was broken and would not close all the way. We once again asked for a refund Which the manager refused! Their customer service is horrible they do not car if your stay is comfortable or if their rooms are clean all they care about it's that you pay them so they can refuse to refund you your money. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! UNLESS YOU ENJOY SHARING YOUR ROOM WITH ROACHES. I'd rather sleep in my car than one of their rooms.

It's seen better days...I hope

The bedding was stained, tile cracked, and wallpaper peeling. There were roaches, the cable was fuzzy, the wi fi slow and no temperature control on AC. I came with a group of HS kids and chose it in part for the pool...which was closed for repair without any notice when booking or confirming. The bar was loud, late and the crowd spilled into the hotel pool area. Just generally run down and sketchy. Good cafe and helpful staff though.

Not good environment

The location is very good, the first male attendance was very rude and nasty, and the room service was terrible, sometimes they don't change the bed and there are roaches everywhere, I bought anti roaches about 2 cans, it was not enough, I spent 25 days, it was a nightmare, I complain until I got tired, my children were complaining every day, but we just have to adapt to the situation, I didn't blame the room service ladies, they were just immigrants like me paying them Nothing for their service,very terrible, not all of them have bad attitude, the room service ladies are very nice despite that they don't speak English, cheap things are good.
