"The hotel conditions are exceptional. The cleanliness is excellent. Location is great. The only big issue is the Air Conditioner, it is so loud like airplane engine. We thought was the room we got when arrived l, but after I requested a new room, we found the A/C was also very noisy; we couldn’t sleep well. "

"The breakfast menu was one of the best I've ever experienced and i do a lot of traveling. Took my family on vacation and we were able to get a room to accommodate. The outside area was clean and the pool area was cute and just enough for the girls!"

"The woman at the front desk after 5PM was terrible. Attitude galore and acted like we were interrupting her nap in back. The concession shelves were mostly empty and getting an extra coffee pod was an extraordinary feat. By contrast, the restaurant staff was very nice, both dinner and breakfast. "

"We were not able to check in at 4 pm. The staff said it would take up to an hour to clean the room. They told us they would text us when the room was ready and they never did. We had to go back to the front desk and were then told that the room had been ready. After we checked into the room, the bathtub had hair in it and did not appear to have been clean. As for toiletries, the only think in the room was a bar of soap and hand lotion. Disappointing for a Marriot property"

"Check in was fast and easy. There was trash in the trash can when we walked into the room. No big deal. Other than that it was clean. Seems outdated compared to some of the other Tru motels I have stayed at. "

"We stayed here prior to going on a cruise, btw only 2 minute's from the port. Excellent hotel,rooms super clean staff is friendly and a nice breakfast the next day. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to staying for a cruise or just a visit."

"Room was very clean. Bed was super comfy. I knew check-in wasn’t until 3:00 but my Uber dropped me off from the airport before that. I knew I would be sitting in the lobby and had no problem with that but the manager had the front desk go on and check me as soon as they had a room available. "
