"They advertised free parking and free hot breakfast. But on arrival, they charged $20/day for parking and there was no breakfast. I stayed there 3 nights and the water sputtered in the sink the whole time. On the last morning, the shower water stopped flowing after I had lathered up with soap."

"AMAZING!! Prices in market were reasonable and convenient, everyone was so friendly! The lounge area had games for younger kids. The rooms are smart rooms, so if you have the Hilton app you can open your room and even control the tv. Our family had lots of fun! First time staying for our annual beach trip, we will come back next year!"

"The fridge was against a wall and the door was placed on the opposite side so you could not access the fridge, impossible to fit to open the door unless you’re a kid. We had to move it to use it."

"Stayed during a busy time with the World Cup going through town and Staff was great and the hotel was well maintained even with the increased activity and people. Would stay again"

"We always stay at Hampton Inn because it is a reliably nice place to stay with an excellent breakfast; therefore, we were disappointed with the breakfast at this particular hotel. Powered eggs, bland potatoes, and chicken sausage along with runny oatmeal were not good."

"Perfect play to stay if you travel to Galveston for a cruise. 5 mins away you find restaurants or shops."

"We stayed here for one night for a concert at the Toyota Center. The room was a little musty (smelled like a former smoking room but nothing recent) but the location was very convenient and staff were extremely nice and accommodating. Not bad for the price and felt safe and comfortable. Mattress was nice and firm. Try the ginseng coffee, it's delicious!"
