"The hotel manager, Nancy, is unbelievable in terms of Customer Service and going above and beyond. I’ve never been to this hotel and just chose it randomly at the last minute and cannot believe how she has bent over backwards to make us comfortable and help us. My son was in a skiing accident in the area and was taken by ambulance to the hospital here and his dad and I who live out of state were flying here frantically to try to get to him, but were delayed with bad weather. "Super cozy cabin in the woods with a hot tub: it’s as exactly as described and our 3 gens, family of 5 enjoyed the stay! There were minor maintenance issues that I wish they had taken cared of like a light bulb out in one of the showers. And shortage of adult size utensils. I like Frisco since we can hit different slopes and I like the small town. As an undergrad in CU Boulder in early 90s it def took me by surprise that they had the Big Head Todd & Monsters tape! It was my Alpha kids first...
