"Beautiful hotel room, beautiful lobby, and a great free breakfast in the ! Very conveniently located so that you can walk to just about anything. We went to a concert at the Ascend amphitheater and it was only about a 10 minute walk. We also walked up to music row and enjoyed the many venues there. Staff was pleasant, grounds were pleasant, Parking was a bit more reasonable here than in some of the other hotels in this area."

"The room you chose was sub par! For this amount of money I expect a decent room with a view! Turn down service at 9:30 is ridiculous! The car rental was a POS Mitsubishi that had 70,000 miles on it and made me feel pretty stupid! Wake up and start giving to the people who support you!"

"The 1 Hotel, in general, is such an elite group of properties. The 1 Nashville did not disappoint. Upon pulling up to valet, I went inside to check-in at which time the staff was already unloading my luggage from the car. The smell when you walk into those doors just melts all your stress and worries away. I was greeted by Sujan S. at the front desk. "DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Made us wait over 2 hours to check in. We were early but it wasn’t even ready at the 4 o’clock check in. Told us it would be ready soon when we got there. A/C wouldn’t keep the room cool. It was 75 in our room most of the time. I couldn’t even sleep. They had a nice pool area that would have been good to wait by but was never given any options. "I had the corner room with the marvelous views of the high-rise buildings. Very nice amenities. Right behind it is a public parking garage if you don't want the valet parking. 20min walk to Broadway St. with views/panorama of the city. Not too pricy either."
