"I booked this room after 11 PM. I arrived and there was nobody in the office. I called and texted the number provided and received no answer. I waited approximately half an hour and then contacted Expedia. I’m still waiting to find out if they are willing to refund my money. After locating a new place to stay well after midnight, somebody texted me and rather than apologizing, I received more like a lecture saying didn’t you know that our office closes at nine? "The power outlet in the bathroom didnt work, the toilet ran and wasnt secured to the wall, and the tv audio made a banging noise while watching tv. They should also add curtains to rooms as the pull down blinds dont keep the light out of the room."
