"The national park was close by. That’s why we chose this location. That’s the only positive thing I can say. The rooms weren’t clean. The bathroom was disgusting. I stay in a lot of places to simply shower and sleep, but I wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Initially when we reviewed the pictures of this property it really looked good! The packing lot area looked very clean and the picture of the bedroom looked nice! But once we walked into our room # 109 it was a total disaster! The room has a closed up / mold smell and the carpet is very dirty, both of the windows curtains didn’t close properly and there is a cold air draft along the floor area, I did notice form along the entire baseboard area of the room. The blankets and bedsheets did not...

"Nice room. Very clean. No continental breakfast. Had to climb 9 stairs to get into lobby. Night attendant was very nice."

"The sheets had not been changed in pull out couch. Food was left in the sheet on it. It appears that they have long term guests living in the back part of property who are loud. Also our suite was on the second floor next to the ashtray so if a person used it our room smelled of smoke for the rest of the day. The beds are so uncomfortable. My husband and both could not sleep due to the springs. "

"Was charged for stay even though my flight was cancelled and prevented me from being there. "

"There was a mouse in the room. I watched it crawl across the couch and run across the floor. Not once but twice! I left the hotel afterwards and was told by the hotel I had to reach out to Expedia to receive a refund. I contacted Expedia which then said they had to contact the hotel. I was told I would not receive a refund. Absolutely disgusting and wrong!!!!"

"We really enjoyed a relaxing stay here. It is located in lovely VA farm/vineyard country with beautiful views from various rooms in the Manor. The accommodations and common areas where beautifully appointed. We didn't have dinner there but the breakfast was substantial and very good (fresh eggs from their chickens apparently!). The staff was warm and gracious always anticipating our needs. They even had a Lucid EV charger that they allowed us to use prior to leaving to allieve my range...

"This B&B has been by far the loveliest, friendliest, cleanest with staff so eager to please. The rural area was so peaceful and relaxing with views of black angus in the fields. Winchester close with quaint shops. The food at the Inn was excellent. "
