"If you don’t buy into that big hotel minimalist esthetic, then Twi-Light Motel is for you. Clean, newly renovated, friendly staff, we slept so well and walked to Melting Pot Pizza and Knotty Pine Diner for breakfast. Their flowers and garden are beautiful."

"This is a nice little hotel. Decent rooms and they were very clean. The staff was incredible! Extremely friendly and welcoming. I don't think he could turn a smile off if he tried. This is a great hotel."

"Convenient cheap"

"The girl at the desk when I checked in was great but the guy when I checked out acted like I was bothering him. The room wasn’t very clean to the point where I had my shoes on the whole time. I used wipes to clean the bathroom down before I used it and I needed a lot and they were very gross when I put them in the trash. Towels smelled like they used way too much bleach to clean them."

"The pictures show a better condition than the place. The big issue is bugs in the room. It was late and we were tired after a long drive. There was one in the room when we checked in but otherwise ok. By morning we realized the problem was worse and were out ASAP."

"My only comment is that I forget we now have to request our room be made up. For a two night stay, I don’t need clean linens, but it would have been nice to have the bed made and the towels folded. I’ll have to remember to make that request in the future. All staff were very nice."

"Not impressed. Some weird stains on the mattress cover and beside the bed. Sheets were clean. Bed was comfy. Dirty sink. Stained shower curtain and bedspread. Checking in, staff was great. Day staff was not nice and barely spoke. Lady running breakfast was very rude when someone told her the coffee was empty. Property very dated. Not worth what we paid."

"Liked the large vanity and a stopper in the bowl that worked. Cable tv had no local news channels."

"The air conditioning was good, but don’t expect much ice from the ice machine. I barely managed to fill my water bottle. The refrigerator worked well and had a nice freezer. I appreciated grab bars in the bathtub. The beds were comfortable."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff were wonderful. Afternoon snacks and breakfast were delicious. Was traveling alone and would highly recommend. Hope to return."
