"This is a lovely inn where you will enjoy a B&B style stay with lovely river views and easy access to all White Mountains attractions. Our room was very cozy with effective AC. We arrived too late for dinner, but there is a full restaurant with a variety of delicious breakfast choices. In our case, it was an ideal halfway rest between Quebec and southern New England. "We stayed in a cottage. It has two rooms separated by a door. The air conditioning is only in the main room which can make the second room hot if the door is closed. The bed was a little too soft for my liking. There was an egg crate on it so I’m not sure what the mattress really felt like. The room was clean. It had a mini fridge and microwave. Overall it was a good value and easy access to pretty much everything in Lincoln. "
