Hotel murah di Fruitport

"Bathroom walls were peeling. No kleenix, one toilet paper roll. "

"The hotel was clean and quiet, which is a big plus for me. The issues we had dealt with staff and communication. When we checked in we asked if late check-out was avalable. We were told yes, we could stay until noon, so I confirmed with the front desk attendant that we wanted late check-out and would leave by noon. Just after 11am a staff member was knocking on our door asking why we hadn't checked out. I told them we had confirmed late check-out. Not 10 minutes later another staff member...

"Breakfast was good. Lots of opens. Pool and hot tub were nice but fluctuating temperatures. Screws were falling out of our doors. The bathroom was not cleaned nor were the windows. The carpet was coming up. Our room smelled like it was previously smoked in and not cleaned right. The AC and heat vent smelled very weird and gross when turned on. Staff was very nice and attentive. "

"Everything was very good. The only thing i wish is to have the breakfast, that os 6-9, go a little later in the morning. I enjoyed having a clean comfortable room during my stay. "

"The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and staff courteous and helpful. The only problem we had was our upstairs neighbor seemed to be up pacing between 11 pm and 6 am. Definitely not the hotel's fault."

"The staff was very friendly and made you feel comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, you ordered any entree on the menu free. Although at booking it is an up charge for the breakfast package. Well worth it."

"Arrived to check in with 4 11-yr girls for a swim night. Was told the pool was closed for two weeks. I Canceled the reservation. Will need to file for refund. I reserved online, should have been notified the pool was closed!"

"The staff is awesome but unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. The first room we were given smelled horrible!!! We had to request another room. The 2nd room we were given was much better but was considered an “upgrade” according to the front desk. The beds are very comfortable but the hotel itself is extremely run down and dingy. We will not stay here again."

"There is an unpleasant odor, noticeable as soon as you walk into the unit. The building doesn't have good soundproofing. We could hear the upstairs neighbors, footsteps and what sounded like furniture being moved around. Unfortunately, they were moving around until 1 AM Monday morning. The kitchen and bathrooms are well equipped. The beds are comfortable. "
