"This property was perfectly fine for an airport hotel. The shuttle service to and from the airport was quick and on time. The room was clean, and the staff were super nice and helpful. Had a small problem wth the AC in my first room. No big deal, somethings mechanical things happen or stuff just doesn't work right. And I appreciate that the staff just immediately changed my room. I've been at hotels before where you have an issue like that and they send maintenance... And it takes 45 minutes just for them to show up... And then they spend 2 hours trying to fix it and all the while you're just sitting there like... What are we doing here??? None of that here. There was an issue, they immediately said let's just get you in a different room and we'll deal with the AC unit. Top notch stuff there. Would happily stay here again."
