"5 Stars! I was deeply impressed by their 'Health Ionized Water' system throughout the hotel. Being able to drink high-quality water directly from the tap is a rare and wonderful luxury today. After showering, my skin was so hydrated that I didn't even need lotion, and my hair felt incredibly silky. It is a truly healing environment that cares for both people and nature. Highly recommended!"

富士山の麓で、朝食無料の温泉付きでコスパ最高です。同時にチェックインの時にいた老人が「今からとまれますか」と聞いていて、「空きがございます」というスタッフの対応も良かったと思いました。隣がガソリンスタンド、セブンイレブンその横にマヨネーズというアメカジのセレクトショップがサイコーでした！Tシャツを４枚２万のものを半額の１万で購入でき、店主のおじいちゃんも丁寧で耳が多少遠いようでしたが、非常に良い買い物もできました。アメカジと富士山が好きな人は是非！近くにあったお寿司屋さんも1時間待ちで入ってめちゃくちゃ美味かったですよ！

駐車誘導係の男性の案内と説明が言葉足らずなので、良くわからない。本人はそれを自覚していないので、こちらが何度も訊ね直す始末。そもそも台数が足らず、遠くの第２駐車場へ回された。レセプションの女性はハキハキとしているが、チェックイン2分後に出向いて問い合わせ直すと、こちらの部屋番号も名前も顔も憶えていない。マニュアル通りにしか対応していない。客の顔と反応を見ながら対応して欲しい。ただ一方的に喋っているだけ。これは会社と研修が悪い。大浴場に一番乗りしたが、清掃が行き届いておらず、ところどころに髪の毛が残っていた。部屋の遮光ブラインドが売り物になっていて、効果もあったが、裏側を掃除しておらず、ホコリがこびり付いていた。アメニティやローション類をやたらと小分け、小袋にして自由に使えるようになっているが、使いにくく、袋やパッケージなどのゴミが増えるだけだ。朝食を摂る時間を、前の晩に決めて食券を受け取らなければならない。それも、30分刻み。刑務所のようだ。決めあぐねていると、「必ずしも時間通りでなくても構いません」と。では、意味がないではないか？　その食券もパウチされたもので、使い回されるので不潔そのもの。食欲が失せてくる。狭いスペースには職員も何人も出入りしているので、宿泊していないヤカラが入り込んで無線飲食することもないだろう。管理と運営を間違えている。 ホテルの責任ではないが、ホテル前の国道を騒音を撒き散らしながら何度も往復する「珍走団」の違法改造バイクの群れが複数あって、うるさくて眠れなかった。近くで夕食を摂るべく、歩いて行ける何軒かのフランチャイズ型飲食店を覗いたが、どこも20~30組も待っていたので、やめた。チェーン店に待つ意味はないので。二度とこのホテルを選ばないし、この地で宿泊することもないだろう。
