"Check in was a little sketchy, I struggled to find the right door at first and keypad. And when I got into my room, I didn't realize the door would lock behind me when I left. I closed the door to go to the bathroom downstairs and luckily I had my phone on me with my code, but if I had locked my phone in my room without my code I would've been in a really bad spot since there is no receptionist or on-site staff. "家族3人で利用しました。1階ロビーや中庭、部屋もとてもきれいで過ごしやすかったです。お風呂も広く特に露天風呂のロケーションが良かった。夜は歩いてすぐの居酒屋を紹介していただきましたしコンビニも徒歩5分くらいだと思います。朝食はお味噌汁代わりのほうとう鍋がついていて嬉しかった。1泊朝食付きのプランでしたがとてもコスパ良くここで良かったと思いました。"

"チェックイン時は非接触型で良かった。 最初同じグループの経営と思われる違うホステルに行き間違えに気がつきすぐに本来のホステルへ行き無事にチェックインしました！ 部屋ですが部屋に台所や冷蔵庫などついている物の調理器具やポット、電子レンジがなく2階に共同の部屋がありそちらに置いてあった。 部屋に書いておくといいかもです。 チェックインの時には2階の共同部屋まで覗かないので。 暖房の付け方もよくわからなかった。 あとは２泊しましたがタオルなどは揃っており 快適でした。 また利用させていただきます。"

Possibilità di usufruire gratuitamente del loro onsen e di cenare in struttura dove fanno degli hamburger strepitosi. Colazione inclusa e in ogni camera sono forniti anche abiti tipici giapponesi"

"We had a lovely experience staying in Sakuya hotel. The owners were very kind and helpful, offered us shuttle van to go to town. Offered us private onsen which was very relaxing. Rooms were futon bed with a view of Mt Fuji, breakfast was so yum. Would definitely come next time. "
