快適でした

部屋はリニューアル後でしょうか。特に浴室は新しく綺麗、水量も排水も問題なく、快適に、入浴できました。１つ、テレビが多くのホテルのように、ネット対応ならば、スマホからマイページでNetflix やHulu を視聴できるでしょう !

快適でした

ビジネスホテルでも温泉の大浴場がついているのがよかった。プラスチックのアメニティはECOの為、フロントで使うものを持っていくシステムはいいと思う。ただ、２名予約なのにタオルが１セットしか用意されておらず、フロントに取りに行かなければならなかった点は残念です。室内は綺麗に整えられ、快適に過ごせて満足です。

部屋に入って驚きのﾔﾂがいましたが、すぐに対応してくれました。 フロントの方の接客は丁寧で嫌な気持ちが直ぐに収まりました。 何かと綺麗で必要十分、ベットも幅広でエアコンも快適に動きました。 ミニ冷蔵庫の音がうるさくて自分はスイッチ切りましたが、夏場は辛いかも知れません。 総じて満足度は高いですが価格が上がってきておりコスパ的には相応なのかな。

フロント男性スタッフの対応が横暴だった。 タクシーを予約したくフロントで依頼したが、QRコード決済可能か問い合わせる前に対応してないと決めつけて返答するあたりなど。 またフロント緊急時などスタッフがいない環境はいかがなものかと思いました。
