"This was genuinely the best stay I have ever had. The room and facilities were great, the food was utterly amazing, and the staff were so welcoming and caring. I spent four nights here and I wish I could stay for longer. While it’s a bit expensive, it is worth every yen. The staff was so helpful and made sure every second I spent there was incredible. "I really enjoyed my stay here. You can tell they put a lot of thought into designing a beautiful and comfortable hotel. The ocean view from the room and balcony was great for sunsets. The staff were friendly and helpful, I got a booklet in English with all important information which was very useful. The beach is very nice but it was a bit dirty when I visited, which is not the fault of the hotel. I had a very relaxing stay and would love to come back."

"We booked this ryokan to get an authentic high-class Japanese experience and that's exactly what we got. We slept on tatami mats on the floor in a large room; we had our own private dining room where a huge variety of gourmet quality food was served for dinner; we used a very clean large onsen in the hotel which had both indoor and outdoor pools; we could help ourselves to water, tea and coffee any time we wanted. The staff were extremely helpful, including providing a shuttle service into town any time we needed it. What we missed was a comfortable chair or sofa to relax in and we didn't find a single English-language channel on the TV (a minor issue)."

"Great value if you need to stay in this area. The rooms are decent size, clean, no bad odor. The view from the 10th floor was pretty nice. Public bath was very nice. Breakfast buffet was included and had a good selection that was different on both days I used it. The restaurant was a bit hard to use at dinner because i was supposed to use a QR code but it just wasn't working on my phone but the server took my order manually. Staff was always friendly. Would definitely stay again if I ever come to this area."
