Need better cleaners

Excellent communication instructions ahead of arrival and we are fully aware of what to expect with the unmanned hotel check in. The place is unclean - the elevator is fully of dust on the wall and you can smell the old dusty smell. The cleaner ladies obviously sees it everyday and choose to ignore it as it’s the exact same for the 4 nights we stayed. The bathroom has lots of water stains, several strands of hair, the sink has an oil film glare, sofa seats are covered in brown stains. The bed is quite uncomfortable with the pillow being quite hard. We woke up with back and neck aches everyday.

Three stars for the great location. But our room had a strange layout, the toilet and sink were located separately across the room, and the room was not clean and the beds were not comfortable.. (Squeaky and flimsy bed frame, stained linens)

In a walking distance to the major stations Tenjin and Hakata. There a lot of options for shoping and sightseeing in the nearby area. Very cosy in a Nordic style room that is equiped with everithing that you can need. Very quiet, clean and new. The accommodarion is for a reasonable price. I can recommend it both for short and long stay.

The washroom has smell and washroom floor is sticky. The carpet and the wall are dirty. The pillows are flat with hard mattress to cause the body pain. The slippers and couple of pillows have smell. The only good thing is the location very convenient. Other than that, not recommended. We will not come back for staying here.

The hotel room was good and clean. The communication could have been improved. The property is supposed to have washer and drier but the drier seems to be broken. The host communicated to use bathroom vent to dry clothes without even a drying rack. That was disappointing

Modern and convenient to stay

We stayed here for 4 nights. Location is good, closed by shopping malls,restaurants and subway. Check-in via Tablet, interesting experience. More instructions will be good especially for those who have less experience in handling mobile technology. Facilities (kitchen, utensils, microwave, kettle, bathroom, shower, hot water, humidifier) are very good and well considerated for visitors to use. Areas to improve: Our room is for 3 ppl, 2 double beds. One to be shared by 2 persons. Guesses that the mattress has been used for sometime, it's not firmed to support 2 persons to sleep at leveling, affect sleeping quality. Replacement is highly recommended. Bed sheet are wore out, bed frame is damaged nearly hurted my feet, should be repaired or replaced. Overall comments is good. Pls consider my comments on areas for improvement.

冬被沒有用被套包裏， 只用床單隔一面， 冬被還偏舊，還起毛球， 讓人感受不佳。
洗衣機有洗衣粉，適合長住客
提供微波爐加熱，但是瓦斯爐那邊寫不可使用
住了四天三夜，但不提供任何的清潔，換毛巾收垃圾
冬被沒有用被套，偏偏冬被還起毛球，偏舊，偏黃。

진짜 사진그대로인 숙소는 너무 처음이예요.야타이도 조금 걸어가면 다있고 돈키호테에 지하철도 바로있고 백화점도 있고 카페도 근처많고 일단 동네가 한국사람이 잘없었어서 더 이국적인게 좋아요 그리고 숙소에 무인으로 돌아가지만 문의사항도 다 친절하게 알려주고 쓰레기는 실컷모았다가 로비옆에 작은 은색문열고 가서 분류없이 버릴수있어서 좋았어요 근처에 식당도 많고 너무 만족하고갑니다!

長期滞在に最適なホテルです。キッチン、調理器具、食器、冷蔵庫、洗濯機、浴室乾燥があり、自宅のようにリラックスした気分で滞在できました。近くにコンビニやドラッグストアもあり、天神地下街に近く、足りないものはすぐ買いに行けます。 長期滞在だと、フルサービスのホテルにある毎朝の清掃やリネンの交換、朝食などは要らないので、その分安く泊まれるこのホテルは費用の面でも良かったです。 設備面で２つだけ改善すると良いと思ったことがあります。 １つは、エアコンの風向が調節しづらく、部屋の中で部分的に暑い場所があったので、扇風機を備え付けにして欲しいです。 ２つ目は、エアコンのフィルターにホコリがびっしりで目詰まりしていたので、エアコンの清掃頻度を見直した方が良いのではないかと思いました。この酷暑でエアコンがきっとフル稼働なのでしょう。 全体的は、とても良いホテルでした。

キッチンや洗濯機がついており子連れにはとても過ごしやすいのですが、洗濯機が猛烈に汚かったのが残念でした。中のフィルター？に埃がパンパンに溜まっており、使用の際は洗濯機を掃除するところから始まりました。 また、子供就寝後にテレビ付近の電気をつけたかったのですが、なぜか調整できるライトはベッド上にしかなく、テレビ付近は真っ暗でした。 それ以外は立地も良くとても便利でした。浴室乾燥で翌朝には洗濯物がカラッカラに乾くのは子連れにはありがたいです。
