Room was clean and seemed to be in good order. Though I was only there one night, the hotel appears to have plenty of things to do in common areas. Location of the hotel was great if you're hanging out in Tenjin. Check out is at 11am so I expected the rooms to be quiet until at least 10:30, but someone was running a vacuum or something outside my room at 9:30-10:00ish which woke me up earlier than I wanted. Had to wait about 5 minutes to check out because no one was at the desk even though it was right before final checkout time.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really small but the bathrooms are really clean and have this great 2 headed shower. 1 is a waterfall head and the other is a wand. Also the rooms hallway were motion activated. They also have laundry which was really nice not bring home a bunch of dirty laundry.

Really lovely stay in a relaxed and calm environment. The shared facilities are great and the room was comfortable. We particularly appreciated the large storage space under the bed that fit our two large suitcases well. Well sited for local amenities.
