Rooms were an average size for hotel rooms in Japan. Very functions space and easy to move around in. Rooms were clean and bright.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was simple.
Hotel was easy to walk to from Hakata Station.
Carpet is very dirty. Poor ventilation - we had to open the window for fresh air even in mid-November. No kettle in room - we need to request for hot water in thermos flask from the reception. Only one lift - we need to wait for long time. There is a convenience store opposite the road.
