"If I could give 6 stars i absolutely would. The owner Mark was helpful and communicative. When we arrived he allowed us to store our bags while we waited for check in time and when we arrived back, he had brought our luggage to the room and showed us around and how to use all the appliances and the wifi. The room is cozy, perfect for 2 people with a washer/dryer and a fully stocked kitchen that we made breakfast in. He also provided a fan as it was extremely hot on the days we were staying. The location is very convenient and only about a 2 minute walk from West kensington station. We felt very safe, walked home late at night and would leave the window open. If we came back to london we would absolutely stay here again, such amazing hospitality and a wonderful room that made our london experience wonderful. Thank you Mark!"
