"When only stayed one night as to get some sleep while we were on a road trip. Price was great, room was very clean, staff very friendly. We did grab a light breakfast before checking out. Breakfast was included so we appreciated that. There was a waffle maker and cold breakfast choices. Pastries, bagels, yogurt, cereal. Enough to fill us till lunch."

"Room stayed damp/wet our entire stay. We thought they had just mopped the room right before we checked in, but it stayed wet the entire weekend. Balcony and pool were nice and convenient location."

"The description of the hotel was not accurate. One of the 2 beds was delapidated. The breakfast was incomplete and lacking. There were only enough towels for 2 people, not 4. The room was either to hot or to cold. No ice on our floor. The pool wasn't available for our great grand kids. The staff, though very pleasant and professional had no idea where places were in the area. Could have had a detailed map available showing how to get to all of the attractions and restaurants. Getting a refund...

"Clock didn’t work in bedroom. Shower handle was about to fall off. Dust was 1/2 inch thick on bathroom vent. Hair conditioner bottle in shower was empty. All issues were handle by the staff after I requested."

"The room and the view were both beautiful! Check-in was pretty slow but the front desk attendant was very nice and apologetic. We also didn't receive any towels our entire stay even though I did ask twice. It was a busy holiday weekend for them and I can understand mistakes happen sometimes. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to future guests."

"Horrible customer service from front desk staff. Lobby under renovation so you have to check in at the restaurant across the street and enter the hotel from the back stairs or the parking garage which is dark. Kitchenette room was clean and decent but there is no housekeeping daily or when you call for towels they don’t bring any. I had to go to the lobby in the pouring rain just to get towels after I requested them hours earlier in the day."

"I would report my recent stay, as it was overall a very disappointing experience. Check-in was extremely delayed to the point that I had to contact customer service for assistance. They were unable to reach a live person at the property and had to email the hotel directly. Once I finally got into the room, it appeared dirty to the point where I had to go out and purchase new sheets from Walmart myself. On the first day, the water was not working properly and I had to take a cold shower. The...
