"Room upon check in: dirty sheets, had to change them ourselves. Crazy thing is, I wonder how long the out of order and renovation sorry for the inconvenience flyers have been posted. Staff: lazy but informative since I was handed a plunger & had to plunge a toilet that no one staying with me clogged. Parking: extremely unsafe, multiple homeless or drug addicts smoking at the entrance under the awning or just aimlessly wondering around. I say this in the nicest way possible but they never came...

"The room was clean and very nice with a large refrigerator, stovetop, and microwave. There were utensils and plates, cups, etc. Even though it is listed as a beach view, it is not directly on the beach. Having a balcony is nice, but if you want to really see the ocean, you need to get on the top floor. However, beach access is an easy walk across the street and a small parking lot. Worth it for the lovely room and price. Also, there is no elevator, so be prepared for steps on floors two...

"This is a great place to stay at Myrtle Beach. Our suite was clean very and comfortable. We loved sitting on the balcony watching the ocean! The bathroom was nice and clean. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Anything you could need. It was in the room. The staff was wonderful; very friendly. would stay there again. The Millers"

"Room felt dusty, permanent spots & dirt on walls & floor, didn’t feel safe sitting on balcony, didn’t deel safe eating from dishes/utensils in room, bathroom was super small, gave motel vibes with an ocean view. Overall, would never book again. Property gives the option of $40 insurance that you don’t get back or $250 deposit that you’ll get back if there’s no incidentals. The property is already run down, I should’ve got a discount for that"

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very clean, minor marks on the door but nothing major. I loved the way the room looked. There were so many places in walking distance which was very convenient. We made use of the game room and pool. Was a very nice place"

"Let me start with the good. The staff was the best I've seen. However the property looks NOTHING like the pictures. NOTHING!! This is not a well maintained property. My room had sand in the sink, pee in the toilet. Water all over the floor. Outlets didn't work. Headboards were not attached to beds. Truely looked like an abandoned room in an old building. They did refund the rest of the stay but totally false advertising."
