"water came pouring through the bathroom ceiling at 11 pm! so much water floor entirely covered, filled light fixture, coming through exhaust fan, and was outside of room near stairs covering floor! husband went to front desk and NO ONE was there, called numerous times and guest from 2nd and 3rd from above us came down to looking for help as well. Guest from second floor called 911 police showed because still no one at front desk! someone finally showed up after cops did and we finally got...

"They canceled my room because I was very late, the worker working was new instead of reimbursing me he made me pay for another room. The next morning I talked to a different worker and he made it right."

"The rooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The room and bathroom were clean and tidy. The breakfast was very good. The only downside was the awful wi-fi which kept tripping out. This was quite annoying."
