The staff was unhelpful. The mattress was nothing but a bunch of squeaky coils that was soooo uncomfortable.The bedding had what looked like bodily fluid stains and the blankets were so thin like they were curtains. Several lighting fixtures and outlets did not work. The TV was extremely blue color and dark- attempts to adjust was useless. The breakfast was gross,the selection was minimal and second rate . the plates barely fit 1 quarter of a waffle, the coffee was watered down and the condiment holders were empty except for trash that was in them. I had to search the cabinets below for my own sweetener and creamer . The counters the breakfast appliances were on and the tables were so dirty. The entire hotel smelled like cheap cologne and marijuana !!! Never again will I stay at a Laquinta!!! Spend the extra money and get a decent hotel.

I was supposed to have a room with 2 queen beds one was a queen the second wasn't it clearly was smaller than the other bed 2nd there was no handle on the outside bathroom door, there never anyone at the first desk after u checked in I literally sat and waited for 30 mins at the front desk before someone came to help me with my room key that stop working all the time, and last but not least that continental breakfast was trash I get running out of food because people are eating alot but u out of forks before breakfast starts no big plates and once the first batch of food is done there no more breakfast me and my family of 5 tried to eat it but still ended up buying breakfast because of it being so bad and the advertisement of the property isn't no where close to how it actually looks I can tell they trying to upgrade but it's not completed at all well at least my room wasn't the toilet ran all night, I advised them of the issue when I first got there about the room and the looked at me like I was crazy I told them I would chill for the night because I had been driving 10 plus hours but told them that I would be out of the room the all day Saturday so the could fix the issues they didn't and remember I said that I had a family of 5 how it was only 2 wash cloths and 2 towels in the room and I asked for extra they only gave me the medium size towels SMH, I'll say this and I'm done I WILL NOT EVER STAY THERE AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE STAYS

We asked for a pet friendly room and I understand that you usually get a gently used, not perfect room. Overall we felt the room floors were dirty, the bed springs squeaked and 6:00 AM breakfast arrived about 6:20. Plus side it was in a convenient location. We did get a first floor room as requested. Did not see the $25 pet fee when we made the reservation. Wished it would have been disclosed on the Expedia website.

I prepaid my trip through Expedia. While I was checking in, the front desk asked for a card for ‘incidentals’. Before checking out, I noticed there were 3 separate charges on my card for nearly exactly the same as the cost of my 2 night stay. I asked the man at the front desk but he was of no help. He wrote my room number and phone number on a piece of scratch paper and said he would have the manager call me. 48 hours later and I have received no call. I have messaged the hotel through Expedia and no reply. The hold charges have now posted and charged to my card. I suppose I’ll have to elevate this issue to corporate or to Expedia itself. Do not stay at this hotel. Besides being double charged, the bed comforter had stains, the bathroom had a moldy smell, the breakfast was poor quality, and we the fire alarm went off during our stay.

This was the worst La Quinta stay I have ever had. The food was inedible. The staff was underprepared and overworked. The hotel was overbooked. Our check in was delayed by 30 minutes to clean a room (2 hours after the normal check in time). The elevator broke down several times in our 18 hours in the hotel. The side door was left open, which while convenient for going in and out-struck me as a safety concern for guests.

When we arrived there was no one at the front desk and we had to wait 20 min before they came back and we could check into our room. We were in town for an event so we left shortly after checking by in and came back by 8. We took our kids to the pool and as we were walking in there was a group of kids running out. They warned us that there were adults just outside the pool windows who were smoking and saying scary things to them so they were scared. There was a group of 5 young adults who came in from smoking weed and made sexual comments in front of another guest who had her young children with her. After they left we went to swim in the pool until we saw that it had a green/brown tint to it. We left and informed the front desk of the condition of the pool and the adults who were scaring other guests including children. His response was that he had already been dealing with them and showed his frustration but said he didn’t want to escalate the situation be involving the police so he was hoping they’d just go to bed. In the morning, the breakfast was very unorganized and the waffle machine only worked some of the time. When we left we asked for the manager and we were told he would be in at 1pm. Apparently the manager is only there for 2 hours or less out of the day because when we called later that afternoon they said he was not in. No one was willing to correct any issues during or after our stay and we will not be back.

The bed was so squeaky and loud. Every tiny move all night woke up our entire family. This was not just your run of the mill squeaky bed. It literally ruined our entire night of sleep. The pillows felt like 20 cotton balls in a pillow case.

The suite is nice but the photos are misleading. Maintenance needed in the room. Bugs found in the room. Pool water was murky. There was a party on the second floor that could be heard even in the lobby and management did nothing. Still waiting on a call from corporate.
